Tulum Ruins are the biggest cultural attraction, and you can't leave without knowing it. Is now divided into four main areas: the archaeological site, the pueblo (or town), the zona hotelera (or hotel zone) and the biosphere reserve of Sian Ka'an.

In tulum there are many places to visit. Filled with natural wonders,eco-friendly evironments,incomparable turquoise-blue sea with the amazing maya touch.

TULUM RUINS: The only city ever build by mayas near the ocean on a cliff, also a sacred place for the mayan culture. Located on the main highway( playa del carmen-tulum).Entrance donation.$ 10 usd adults $ 6usd children. We recommend you visit this fascinating place with a tour guide and early in the morning. Before you begin your tour,an audiovisual presentation is shown with tulum`s history and general info of the ruins in 6 different languages.

CENOTES:
After you visit the ruins,the " Cenotes " wich are distributed in the jungle like pearls, and are like pools of fresh and clear water.perfect for diving or snorkeling.most of them are located on the road to coba from tulum.You`ll find some more popular like "calavera", grand cenote "kalimba" and the one with the funny name "car wash."

COBA:
If you have time left aftre swimming in the cenotes we recommend you to go to "Coba Ruins", one of the most important arquiological sites in Mexico. Its an hour drive from tulum on the cenotes route, you will love Coba. It's a Magical Place, there you can rent a bicycle to do the tour or visit the lagoon at coba town.

SIAN KAN: Another wonder to visit.one of the most mentined and enjoyed places.A natural humanity reserve where you`ll see the fusion of the jungle, the carribean ocean in one side and the lagoon in the other.A magical place either sunrise or sunset.This is an experience you cant miss, and will never forget.

BOCA PAILA: The next place to visit in the same road, worldwide known for fly fishing, a few miles from sian ka'an. Next stop would be punta alen, on the way there you will enjoy the most beautiful caribbean landscapes


PUNTA ALLEN: Some miles ahead you`ll find this little fisherman town, surrounded with crystal clear water, great for fishing,good local restaurants with reasonable prices.. lobster is almost everyday`s catch of the day..before having lunch we recommend you take a guided boat tour to "laguna negra" (black lagoon) and a place called "la picina" ( the pool) and to the mangle. BREATHLESS !!!
